I specialize in adult ADHD and can help you, whether you were diagnosed early or late in life, or you are just beginning to explore the possibility of having a differently wired brain.

With over 15 years of experience working with children and families in community and school-based mental health - and exclusively with adults in my private therapy practice - I’ve worked with people with ADHD of all ages and in all different stages of life.

I’m also a mother, wife, and ADHDer myself, and my personal experiences deeply inform my work.
