ADHD Coaching for Individual Adults

I specialize in helping adults like you with ADHD (and your partners) learn to calm the chaos, focus on what matters, and make lasting changes so you can live the life you dream of and deserve.

The general consensus is that the best practice for ADHD treatment is multi-faceted. Psychotherapy, coaching, and psychiatric care all offer unique approaches that can be beneficial. The first step in embracing and making peace with your ADHD is finding the right supports.

ADHD Coaching can help you identify your unique strengths and learn how to use them to your advantage.

I specialize in empowering ADHDers to go from surviving to thriving. Serving as your personal accountability partner + cheerleader, I’ll help you go from having lots of ideas + good intentions (but little follow through) to actually making changes and unlocking your full potential. 🔓

Groups

I offer coaching support:

  • individually (1:1)

  • as part of a couple (1:2)

  • small group coaching (coming in 2025)

Embrace what matters, ditch what doesn’t, and get stuff done.
— Kendra Adachi of The Lazy Genius Way

Ask yourself what matters most, in this season of your life?

  • What’s serving you well? What can you leave behind?

  • Where do you want to be in one month, six months, one year?

  • What’s the best use of your precious time and resources?

  • What do you need to get closer to achieving your goals?

Individual Coaching

1:1 is the most individualized type of coaching and is designed to help you achieve your specific goals.

This is the perfect option if you value the experience of talking to another human being, in real time, and prefer to have their undivided attention.

I help ADHDers create a figurative toolbox, with go-to strategies to help you improve focus, get organized, manage your time, reign in your negative self talk, focus on what you’re good at (imagine that!), and figure out workarounds for the things that don’t come easy (hint: “hit the easy button” and either lower your expectations and/or outsource where it’s possible).

The coaching process is collaborative and empowering, providing structure + accountability while fostering self-awareness, growth, and confidence in managing ADHD-related difficulties.

We’ll work together to identify your unique gifts and challenges and make sure you have a robust personal support system (aka your “team” of friends /family /colleagues /other support professionals), so you can feel more capable and confident in your own skin and in your relationships.
